Tim Hastings Ltd is now in its ninth decade of involvement in the motor trade, with a history dating back to 1923. Founded by the late Tim Hastings, uncle of the present owner, the business was established in its former home at the Fairgreen, Westport in 1923, where it initially operated as a truck and haulage Company.

In 1954, its founder Tim Hastings died and was succeeded by his brother John Hastings. Coinciding with their appointment as Fiat/Lancia Dealer, Current Dealer Principal Tim Hastings became General Manager in 1974. Eleven years later in ’85 the Company acquired the Franchise for Volkswagen and Mercedes.

In July 2006 Tim Hastings Ltd moved to a new state of the art premises on the Castlebar Road. It occupies a prime site comprising just under four acres approx one mile form the town of Westport. The Showrooms can display up to 16 New Cars & outside parking for over 200 Vehicles.
